I tried contacting Activision but their support system is trash and it’s difficult to even get a message through to anyone as it keeps diverting you to bug report instead. I contacted PlayStation support and they made me rebuild my database, reset my PlayStation, and delete a bunch of stuff to free up memory. The error code given is ce-107857-8 which I’ve been searching for online a lot but it seems everyone who has that error code has an entirely different issue and I can’t find any cases of it relating to somebody unable to download the campaign. I downloaded part 1 fine, but part 2 and 3 have the error code “something went wrong” every single time for the past 2-3 weeks. The game is not letting me download the campaign at all. Full disclosure, it’s a rental copy if relevant at all.
